RULES
โ We accept ANY KIND OF RP (GENRP, OCRP, MVRP) except 2D RP.
โ All nationalities, all genders, all sexualities.
โ This agency is a TEMPORARY AGENCY, so we need active members. Please do interact with fellow students and join the activities too as well.
โ We're an English based agency so please talk using 90% English, and 10% your face-claim/OC's mother languages.
โ One account per head, no double face-claim per account, and no same face-claim allowed except your muse has real twin.
โ Newly made account are allowed with tweets minimal 100. The minimum tweets are for us to check your activity in timeline and there's no maximum following as long as you can mingle with every students.
โ For OC/MVRP Make sure you already build your OC background beforehand.
โ For GEN-RP you can build your OC background once you got verified.
โ Your OC background should at least include : your full name and nickname, birthday, pronoun, and short description about yourself (personal traits, hobbies, anything.)
โ We do not tolerate OOC things. Keep it down to minimum and in bracket(s). Please take note.
โ No drama and no rated things on timeline. Keep it PG-18 with no NSFW things on timeline and please go behind the closed doors to solve your problems. Base's DM will always be open for the students.
โ Do inform the professor if you want to change your face-claim/take semi hiatus/leave/give the account away to a new owner/deactivate/ got locked or suspended by twitter, etc. Otherwise, you'll be unverified.
โ Semi-hiatus period : 5 days. No hiatus allowed, we need active members. (If you need longer inactivity time, feel free to inform the professor.)
โ You'll be kicked out if :
> Breaking the rules thrice, and ignoring Caretakers' warnings
> Gone inactive for more than 3 days without any notice. weโll give you 24h to respond to a warning
> Skipping class/games three times in a row without any solid reason/not informing professor.

HOW TO JOIN
โ Read all the rules without skipping any of it!
โ No book system. First come, first serve.
โ Ask the base for the vacancy of your desired face claim, or you can go ahead and check our masterlist thread.
โ After making sure that your desired spot is available, go ahead and DM us with the right format :
Hi! I'm (full OC name) or (OC nickname), portrayed by (your muse's name). I have magic in me. (+ password and HD picture of your faceclaim, no fantaken, and no selfie.)
example :

โ After that, admins will interview you through DMs, and take a look at your profile to see if you are qualified or not to join Hogwarts (please unlock your account for this).
โ We'll inform you immediately which house youโre accepted in if you are chosen. But, if you don't hear from us in 12 hours, we're sorry, that means you're not accepted.
โ If you're verified, please put the identity anywhere in your bio then follow our ==sub-base, and also put your galleon counts somewhere down your profile.

POINT SYSTEM
โ โ โ โ Our agency will use point system. There will be both individual points (galleons), and house points. Everyone will get 10 galleons upon joining, and every students can earn galleons as well as house points by being active (joining classes and games). The points they can earn each segments will vary.
โ What are the points for?
โ โ โ โข House points will be counted and reset to 0 once in every two weeks, the house with highest point win The House Cup, and their flags will be displayed on main baseโs layout.
โ โ โ โข Galleons can be used to take semi-hiatus, do temporary swap, and changing face-claim.
โ Galleon usage
โ โ โ โข Taking semi-hiatus : 50 galleons
โ โ โ โข Temporary swap : 20 galleons
โ โ โ โข Changing face-claim : 30 galleons
